A decision was reached in the above case on the 2nd day of August, 2023.
The case of #23-CM-0085, State of San Andreas v. Jinx Bridge has been resolved.
A plea agreement between the defense and prosecution has been submitted and accepted by the court. As outlined in the full agreement, the defendant agrees to plead guilty to GM19 - Face Concealment (b) and VF01 - Evading an Officer in exchange for the prosecution's dropping of the GM13 - Criminal Threats charge and the VF04 - Felony Public Endangerment charge.

The defendant is therefore entitled to compensation for the difference in fines paid and time served in the total amount of $20,000. The defendant is encouraged to receive said compensation from a qualified judge at City Hall, located at 1 Rockford Drive.
