Title: General Laborer
Reason for Leaving: To seek a career in law.
- 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum)
- I am seeking employment as a lawyer to protect the rights and civil liberties of others. I believe strongly in our constitution and the rights it provides us as citizens. The average day citizen is not always well-versed on the rights granted to them and can fall victim to the judicial system. I hope to prevent this phenomenon, by providing citizens with a worthy defense at an affordable cost. I believe that people have a right to a fair trial. However, a trial can only be fair if presented by an equal defense. I am ready to dedicate hours of my life to my passion of defending others, so that those who are falsely accused can continue to enjoy their freedoms. I possess the skill of being a fast-thinking and well-spoken person. Both skills that are detrimental to the court system, during a jury trial. I am willing to learn from others and my failures to better myself. I am studious and believe my education will provide a quality to seek good arguments. I have spoken with members of the community and have heard of people's discontent with the justice system. I am hoping to become a lawyer that can be trusted.
3.2) Please provide a short biography about yourself that highlights why you should be selected from other candidates. (150 word minimum)
- I grew up in the city of San Francisco, CA. I was born to a single mother and have one brother who looks up to me. All my life I have strived hard to be a success for my family. My family has never been wealthy by any means, but has always been there to support me. I was the first person in my family to gain a Bachelor’s Degree. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of California Los Angeles. This furthered my people skills and gave me further knowledge of the civil issues that can arise in life. My uncle has been a police officer for the entirety of his life. This allowed me to gain first-hand knowledge of the justice system. I came to San Andreas due to its relatively close proximity to my home. I am hoping to set the next pillars for my family. I have talked to members of the community who are seeking a quality defense. I believe I am the future of defense law and I am ready to provide people with the support they deserve.
3.3) Describe yourself in one word and explain why that word describes you best. (75 word minimum)
- Empathetic. This word describes me, because I genuinely care for people. I want to see all people of the state enjoy the same liberties that have been afforded to me. I believe it is important to care for others in this line of work. If you do not care for who you are representing, then you cannot fairly provide people with a legal defense. It is important to be invested in people, because the legal counsel you provide may determine if they serve life in prison. Furthermore, being compassionate allows others to know you care about them and are trying your best to properly represent them.
3.4) How did you hear about this position?
- I heard about this position via the internet and by talking to others working for the judicial branch.
- 4.1) Eclipse Forum Details:
4.2) Do you have at least 5,000 experience points on one of your characters? Provide a screenshot of your /stats on that character.
4.3) Are you a member of any factions? If so, which faction and character.
- No, I am not a member of any faction.
4.4) Have you ever had an admin punishment with this, or any character on Eclipse? If yes, please explain:
- I have never had an admin punishment.
4.5) Please provide an unedited screenshot(s) of the Eclipse game panel with your 'Admin Logs' and 'My Character' sections.
4.6) Please provide your Discord name.
- 5.1) Player Information
- Age: 26
Country: USA
Timezone: PST
5.2) Do you have a working microphone?
5.3) Do you currently play on any other GTA-RP servers and are you in any faction positions there? If yes, please state the servers and factions you are a part of:
5.4) Do you affirm that the entirety of your application is written by you, with no assistance from AI essay-generation tools?
5.5) Do you have additional Information about yourself that you consider beneficial to the branch?
- I believe that I will excel in this field due to my life experiences. I look forward to hearing back and furthering my legal knowledge. Eventually, I hope to pass the BAR examination and argue before the court.
