by Claire Allen
Defendant Name: Claire Allen
Defendant Phone: 363-2048
Defendant Address: Private
(( Defendant Discord: DontSniffSugar#1322 ))
Requested Attorney: N/A
Charging Department: Los Santos Police Department
Date & Time of Incident(s): 28/MAY/2023
Charge(s):
- VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle
- DM04 - Possession of a Controlled Substance while Armed
- WF03 - Possession of Illegal Firearms/Weapons
Narrative:
For the charge of
VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle, I was driving down the road near Mirror Park, and I saw a black Issi Sport fly by me at very high speeds, and a police officer went behind my vehicle. The officer then proceeded to pull me over, and I was very confused as I was not doing anything other than driving the legal speed limit, which is 80 km/h. The officer then proceeded to identify me, and told me to step out of my vehicle, to which I complied with the officer and got out of my vehicle. I then explained to the officer that it was a misunderstanding, and that the vehicle they were chasing had continued to go straight, and that I was innocent. The officer did not want to listen to what I said, and charged me for reckless operation, although I was not the person they were after.
For the charge of
DM04 - Possession of a Controlled Substance while Armed, I don't believe that I should have been charged for this, as I had 7 marijuana plants in my vehicle, which should have only been
GC06 - Possession of Cannabis, as the Penal Code directly states:
As for the charge of
WF03 - Possession of Illegal Firearms/Weapons, I was driving my friend around and took them to Burgershot, and dropped them off so that they could get something to eat, and they left their firearm inside of my vehicle. I did not know that their firearm was in my vehicle, which shows that I had no intent to commit that crime.
This giant mistake by the officers has led to me losing my job, which was a direct source of income for myself and I am now struggling to make ends meet.
I,
Claire Allen, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.
