by Matthew Armstrong
Defendant Name: Matthew Armstrong
Defendant Phone: 458-2816
Defendant Address: San Andreas Avenue, 8
(( Defendant Discord: [KS] Fixer#0416 ))
Requested Attorney: N/A if none
Charging Department: SD
Date & Time of Incident(s): 12/05/2023 ##:##
Charge(s):
- Intoxication in a public place.
- Drunk and Impaired Driving
Narrative: I do not agree with these charges, I was driving my bus and I must of blacked out and I ended up crashing into the fence at Bayview, I am on new medication for my heart, asthma and depression. The following medications are as follows, Albuterol for Asthma, Sertraline for Depression and barbiturates for my heart. When I was speaking to the doctors about my medical condition and the new medication that I am taking, there are chances that it can make me appear drunk, blow a positive result on a breathalyser test as well as blackouts and dizzy spells. I feel because of this based on medical grounds it should be reviews in a court of law. I was not given the chance to speak to any legal representation and I was not able to gain my property back. I do not feel as if I was treated fairly because I did not get to talk about my rights, it was a big crash that happened from what I have been told from witnesses and i was never given the chance to medical help, I was just thrown into jail
I,
Matthew Armstrong, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.
