Greetings Ms Mason and to whom it may concern,

Hello and thank you for the notice of update.

1:We co-own 13 North Sheldon Avenue in Vinewood Hills where we both paid 50-50 on the house in the format of $1,500,000 each. I am okay with handing over my keys to this house despite having sunk a considerable amount in decorating it. We also co-own my current residence of 3 Nikola Avenue where I paid 60% and he paid 40% of the money towards this house. I am happy to keep this house and let him keep 13 North Sheldon Avenue despite the amount being significantly less if this is an agreeable term.
2:I am requesting no alimony from Tyrell or spousal support as I thankfully make enough within LSEMS to afford a comfortable living for myself and my children and I've been informed he was released from SADOC for going AWOL.
3:We have no joint debts or payments due on anything.
4:I was pregnant with our current twins, Isabella Marie Lee and Alexander Samuel Lee and gave birth to them on 29/APR/2023 and will be seeking full custody of the children.

The court, on the above date, has hereby decreed that the marriage solemnized on the 18th day of December, 2022 at Vespucci Beach, San Andreas between Ally Lee and Tyrell Lee be dissolved.

The Court finds the following assets shall be retained by Ally Lee: 13 North Sheldon Avenue and 3 Nikola Drive; the Court further finds the following assets shall be retained by Tyrell Lee: 10F Widebody (PSYMGNT), Contender (UNDRTNDR), and Shinobi (BLIND); any remaining property not previously mentioned shall be retained by the party currently in possession of said asset and no further exchange of monetary assets shall be ordered.

The Court finds that the two children, Isabella Marie Lee and Alexander Samuel Lee, shall remain within the custody of Ally Lee and no alimony or child support payments have been awarded.

Petitioners are hereby granted a Divorce Decree, dissolving the marriage that took place and each is returned to the status of unmarried person. Each party shall have set aside to them, as individuals, the debts they incurred and shall hold the other party harmless therefrom. Each party shall have affirmed to them as their sole and separate property, the property they brought to the union as individuals.

It is hereby certified that the decree of divorce is made final and absolute on the 1st day of October, 2023.
