I was charged with "Tampering with evidence", but when i asked my arresting officer why that was a charge placed, he said "let me look" then responds with "There is nothing in the report about tampering with evidence". I asked if he could give me the badge number of the person who placed the charges and he gave me the badge number (24410). That is my case!
