Charging Department: LSPD

Date & Time of Incident(s): 24/April/2023 around 11:00 PM
Charge(s):
  • VF01 - Evading an Officer
Narrative:
On the 24.04.2023 I got invited by my friend Anderson Kozlov to drive around with his car. I of course said yes, not thinking about anything. I had my bodycam on, and felt very tired due to the medication I have to take (MD got a filed about it). I fell asleep pretty fast in his car, nothing has happened as I can remember and got woken up by an PD Officer (John Keys) as he slapped me on my chin. He told me to step out and put my hands up, what I then did. As I was confused as I just got woken back up, I asked what happened. Wouldn't tell me much, just told me he doesn't believe that I was that tired to be asleep all the time. With still no idea what happened, I got seated in the Police cruiser and got driven to DOC, were I got informed I got arrested for Evading an officer and my license got suspended, as I apparently had the chance to jump out of the car.

I, William Flory, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.
