So me and the boys were thinking of some ways to make money, and we want to know the legality of rounding up a bunch of road workers and hosting some fight club to the death, winner takes all
I’m wondering about the legality from the organizers perspective and what crime, IF ANY would we be charged with it because going over the penal code I cannot see any charge that would be applicable. We wouldn’t be the murderers, it would be the filthy road workers.

Considering the lack of seriousness in filling out this request I've debated rejecting it, but I will answer anyway so you don't do something stupid.
No, you cannot set up a business where you actively facilitate murder, that would make you an accessory to murder. There is no mutual combat law.
If you have any other business ideas, they should be brought to the San Andreas Government Business Licensing, but I can assure you this idea will not be approved. If you were to organize such an event without a business license, you would at that point also be violating several misdemeanors regarding business licensing, as well as GF08 - Illegal Gambling and NM03 - Unlawful Assembly, in addition to accessory to murder.
