A Motion for Voluntary Dismissal was filed in the above case on the 8th of June, 2023.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Voluntary Dismissal, and the reasoning for request is as follows;
- Reasoning: Lack of Evidence
- Detailed Explanation: The prosecution has completed their assessment of the day, facts, and collected the evidence. Based off of these reasons, we have come to the determination that we do not have enough to follow through with the charges, and they should be removed.

A decision was reached in the above case on the 14th day of June, 2023.
As the Prosecution has filed a Motion for Voluntary Dismissal and do not wish to pursue the charges any further, the court will be granting the motion to dismiss this case. The Court will be removing the charges from the Defendant's record, and the defendant will be compensated for time served and fines paid in the amount of $12,000. The Defendant is instructed to report to City Hall at 1 Rockford Dr. to receive compensation and have their record updated.
This case is now dismissed.
