• 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200-word minimum.):
  • Being a defense attorney has always been my passion in life, to protect the innocent and make sure each of them has a fighting chance with their charges/case. I was drawn to the field of defense law because it allows me to help people who have been accused of a crime. I believe that everyone is entitled to a fair trial and I want to be a part of ensuring that they receive one.
    
    I am also passionate about justice and believe that everyone deserves a chance to have their day in court with the right defense at their side. When I moved to this great city it was something I wished to continue and can see the people of Los Santos need help defending their rights. This is where I believe I can step in and can assist with my experience from New York.
    
    Lastly, with all the research I have done on the Los Santos Judicial Branch, I believe my knowledge and experience with further develop the branch and support many other attorneys who practice under this branch. I wish to be a respectable attorney in this state and help provide a great reputation to all public and clients!

• 3.2) Please provide a short biography about yourself that highlights why you should be selected from other candidates. (150 word minimum.):
  • Growing up in the city of Liverpool, England; I learned firsthand what crime can do to people and witnessed many friends going through the court/justice system. This gave me the drive to work hard in school and to focus on academics so I could better learn why so many people were getting in trouble with the law.
    
    The older I got, the more I was drawn into law and the criminal aspect of this field. As a result, I begin to study a criminal law & forensics course at college. Eventually, I was able to build up enough experience and knowledge to apply to many universities and scholarships. Luckily enough, the Columbia Law School in New York accepted my application and I was given a full Scholarship to study in the states!
    
    I spent many years learning American law and studying to be the best defense attorney I could be. This meant spending many evenings volunteering at courthouses to be assistance to attorneys. Eventually, I was able to land a volunteer job at the U.S. Attorney's Office - Southern District of New York, where I would spend my spare time away from class learning as much as I could. Eventually, after graduating with high grades I was able to get a full-time job in the U.S. Attorney's Office - Southern District of New York. This meant I was able to get my full bar license in the state of New York and work with some great cases!
    
    Over that year I grew tired of the cold weather and the cramped places of New York, so I looked for a new Adventure that could further my Career in Law. Los Santos seemed to be the place that could help me develop and Judicial Branch could really help me grow as one of the best defense attorneys!

  • One word I would use is resilient. Just as the word is defined, it's about recovering and withstanding difficult situations. As an attorney, it's important to understand that you can't win every case you handle. However, it's what you learn from that and how you can come back stronger to help the cases in the future. As the saying goes "You win some, you lose some". I think this is always important to understand. Long as you come back determined to try harder, that's what I believe makes a good attorney.

  • I conducted some research on the city to check out what I could do with my Law Degree. I saw this Los Santos Judicial Branch and read about all the great work the attorneys do, so I would love to join the team!
