What have you learned and changed about yourself since being charged with a felony/misdemeanor (Minimum 75 words)?
I've lost a lot of money and friends being a felon and even my licenses on and off, after leaving the life of crime I've noticed a very big change within the way I see people and police. I've been way less paranoid and felt kind of proud of myself for staying out of trouble even if it hasn't been that long. Before all I wanted was to be feared but now all I want is to help others make the same change that I found myself making.

I am currently going through the FRD program and I have not committed any felonies or even minor crime.

As mentioned earlier my names Antoni Lonatelli and I am currently unemployed I was born in Babylon and moved to San Andreas after turning 5 due to my father getting a job as a mechanic. I grew up learning about cars and such and first my interest was just that, I started helping around the home garage and eventually got employed at LSC where I worked through the ranks quickly. But after a while I quit the job due to lack of inspiration. In my freetime I do enjoy driving still probably taken from my father, and to be honest I'd say I'm a decent driver.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections? (minimum 75 words)
I wish to help show people that there are other ways of life and still a way to change even tho it seems hopeless. I've been living a life of crime and it's been keeping me stuck like a spiral of mistakes. But after signing up for the FRD program and staying clean I've seen that It's not hopeless and that's what I want to show people in the same situation that I was in.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
As an ex-criminal stress is constant and you get used to it and learn to live with it. I'd say I can handle myself well during stress overall.

What qualifications or traits do you possess (Minimum 50 words)?
Even tho I have a history in criminality I am a fair person and people say I'm charismatic. I'm a really good shot and communicator and have a lot of experience handling myself both in and outside of most situations. Better yet due to my history within the crime life I understand how they work, operate and think.

The only place I have worked is LSC in the past

When working at LSC I had no choice but to work with others, and even in the crime life you have to work with others.
