  How often does the LSPD undertake servicing of patrol cars?
  Who does the LSPD Contract this out too?
  How many new Patrol cars are issued each month?

Thank you for your inquiry.

Each patrol vehicle is serviced between every use to ensure that everything is always in order. Once it is fit for service, or if no faults were found, it is made available to be taken out on patrol. This ensures the safety of officers and the public, and allows officers to do their best on the job.

As far as I am aware all servicing is done by the Department's motorpool.

((We do not have a way to count how many vehicles are spawned or anything like that, and in my personal OOC opinion it is not reasonable to expect this to happen. Vehicles are spawned and despawned and no roleplay is done about the servicing of the cars.))
