"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU" |
- To whom it may concern,
During the Discovery investigation process, the Prosecution has received information that will most likely lead us to pursue additional charges against the Defendant. As such, taking into account the principles of due process that the courts should adhere, the Prosecution objects against the Motion for Voluntary Dismissal of the Defense and will be awaiting activation of the underlying case.

Re: State of San Andreas v. Tony Cabanna
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU" |
- To whom it may concern,
As the Prosecution has indicated, it is our belief that the Defendant has committed crimes that will be pursued. With reference to the State of San Andreas v. Tyreece Williams case, it is evident that the Prosecution in that case had no objections to the case being dismissed. As such, it is in our opinion now to the court whether they would like to dismiss this case before us starting a separate indictment up, thus breaking principles of due process as well as wasting additional resources (read: taxpayers' money) or simply continue on the docket that is already existing and has been received officially by the court.
Respectfully,
