ISSUANCE OF VERDICT

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Rito Cash
#22-CM-0021

A decision was reached in the above case on the 30th day of January, 2023.

The case of #23-CM-0021, State of San Andreas v. Rito Cash has been resolved.

A plea agreement signed by all parties has been accepted by the court. As outlined in the full agreement, the prosecution agrees to no longer pursue the GM18 - Failure to Report the finding of a Dead Human Body, GF19 - Abuse or Desecration of Dead Human Body, and GM04 - Resisting Arrest in exchange for a guilty plea of GM06 - Petty Theft.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
  • On the count of GM06 - Petty Theft, I find the defendant, Rito Cash, guilty.
