- To whom it may concern,
In this respect, the Prosecution notes that the underlying case has already received a notice of receipt. Further, the Defendant is the one that originally submitted the case. Also, this would potentially be in relation to the Defendants' own narrative. As such - and any reasonable thinking person would agree - it would set bad precedent if under these circumstances a case is allowed to be dismissed.
