I am 24 Years of Age, born in Los Santos. Grew up in Vinewood Hills, and was a spoiled little brat who didnt care anything about the real world. I was in private schooling all 13 years of school. I never knew the real world, drugs, sex, prostitution and was completely blindsided after i graduated highschool. Without the help of my parents who were arrested that year I had to figure it out on my own. I definitely figured it out, not in the good way. I got caught up in a abusive prostitution ring, at the time i had no money so since it was my only source of income i figured that it would be ok to not seek help.

I know the prison system by the back of my hand. I know the prosecution ring better than most people. I know exactly how it feels to be abused and I know how to get out of it. After I was arrested and released a fight broke out and I had to be held for questioning. During questioning I told them my situation and a DOC Operative told me that they were hiring for new Operatives. I have looked through many jobs and have narrowed it down. I know I would make a difference in DOC, after seeing more things than people could imagine I am cut out for anything thrown down my way.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating to the department in the event you are hired?
As much time as im physically capable of commiting!

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
As I stated I was in a abusive prostitution ring. As I child growing up I had everything I ever wanted. At the age of 18 my parents were arrested. They were the biggest scam artists in the State of San Andreas. All my money was gone. I was homeless until i was 23. I got involved with some bad people, but i was making money so i did not care at the time. They physically abused me and named me "The Slutty Pink Car Girl". I had to wear revealing clothes and i had to drive my "bosses" around everywhere. This lead to me eluding from the police and getting arrested. At the age of 24 I was able to get help, get a stable income, and worked part time jobs to make a living. I have not seen my "bosses" since the arrest. I did not have enough evidence to get any of my charges dropped. Since then I have given being a DOC Operative a huge thought. Specifically going into the CID Division. I want to be able to make sure that there is no corruption happening in the prison system. One of my charges was Felony Hit and Run in which I did not do. I talked to a Lawyer and because of lack of evidence I would not have had a good court case. I have talked to many other former criminals who were victims of corruption. This needs to come to an end and I know that I will be able to assist and make a change in SADOC.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I have had very stressful situations, being a Burgershot Manager I have had to work by myself and serve around 10 people an hour. Ever so often getting robbed. I handle things one task at a time, so that i can give that singular task my attention to make sure it do it to the best of my abilities. I am also a very Open Minded person. I am always open to receive criticism on my work/work ethics in order to do my job better the next time. I can be in the middle of the assignment and if something doesn't seem right I will always reach out for clarification and ask my work be reviewed by mentors.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
I am a very capable leader. I can take charge and make sure my point gets across. As stated I also can take criticism of my work/work ethics to make sure I am doing my job to the best of my abilities. I am also a very friendly and kind hearted person and that naturally brings people to me whenever they have questions or concerns. This also gives people a sense of comfort around me and builds a sense of trust around me and the person(s).

What have you learned and changed about yourself since being charged with a felony/misdemeanor (Minimum 100 words)?
I have learned that there is always a better way than the worst way. I have been a upstanding citizen ever since my arrest and I have built up my career from rock bottom. Surrounding myself with hard working people has really given me a sight that this is what the world is. There will be some hiccups in your life but doing things the right way truly will allow you to survive in Los Santos. Because of my background I have not been able to get certain things like firearms, but to see that SADOC acknowledges the people who have unfortunate backgrounds and gives them a change really shows how the world is.

No

Do you have any previous experience working as part of a team?
Yes, as ive gone through the experiences with Burgershot, I've had to have patience waiting for my fellow staff members as well and taking initiative in areas. We know how to split responsibilities to make sure everyone is pulling their weight. As well as being a Trucker it is important that we communicate where there is blockages and closure.

What felony charges have you received, and what were the circumstances regarding it?
I was charged with Felony Eluding and Felony Hit and Run. I was in the middle of a very abusive prostitution ring and was physically forced to drive around my "bosses". One of my "bosses" tried to solicit a police officer which lead to us eluding and supposedly hit and run. I have gotten help since and I have not spoken to my "bosses" and have found a good living at Burgershot. I unfortunately couldn't get my charges dropped due to a lack of evidence.

I work at a Summer Camp during summer and Afterschool camp during the school year. I have experience in leading and having fun while being professional. I know how to handle around 50 people by myself and have patience with all of them. In order to make a camp functional everyone needs to be on the same page especially when going on fieldtrips. Being apart of a team and knowing how to communicate successfully is what I deal with on a daily basis.
