I have spoken with Mr. Reggie Hoaggs with Police Officer Ben Blowman as my witness. Due to the fact of Mr. Hoaggs's incarceration, I am relaying the answers to the questions as provided to him on this form.
1. Are there any disputed marital assets that either party is in possession of? Yes, a Peyote Gasser which I bought for the both of us. We can either keep sharing this motor vehicle for both uses, or I am also willing to transfer ownership of this vehicle to Ms. Hoaggs.
2. Are you requesting any form of spousal support or alimony from your spouse? No.

Parties,

Thank you for your patience.

As the Peyote Gasser is a disputed marital asset which both parties have a claim to, one party will retain ownership of the vehicle while the other party shall be compensated for 50% of the current estimated value of the vehicle.

I would ask that whoever is in possession of the Peyote Gasser to take the vehicle to either Los Santos Customs or Bayview Auto Center for an estimated appraisal of it's current modification value. Please attach a copy of this estimate in your reply. (( Screenshot /modview with the performance tab selected, as shown here. ))

I will additionally allow constructive arguments regarding who should retain ownership of the vehicle and who should receive the 50% compensation, should either party wish to make their position known to the court.

DIVORCE DECREE

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

Rose Hoaggs v. Reggie Hoaggs

A court order was issued in the above case on the 17th day of March, 2023.

The court, on the above date, has hereby decreed that the marriage solemnized on the 11th of November, 2022 at the Los Santos Golf Club between Rose Hoaggs and Reggie Hoaggs be dissolved.

The disputed asset of the Peyote Gasser shall remain as the property of Reggie Hoaggs, however, Rose Hoaggs is entitled to 50% of the approximate value of the vehicle to be paid from the account of Reggie Hoaggs. The court finds the approximate value of the vehicle to be $104,000. Rose Hoaggs is, therefore, entitled to $52,000.

The Court finds there not to be any child born to or adopted by Petitioner and Respondent, and no child is expected.

Petitioners are hereby granted a Divorce Decree, dissolving the marriage that took place and each is returned to the status of unmarried person. Each party shall have set aside to them, as individuals, the debts they incurred and shall hold the other party harmless therefrom. Each party shall have affirmed to them as their sole and separate property, the property they brought to the union as individuals.

It is hereby certified that the decree of divorce is made final and absolute on the 17th of March, 2023.
