Date & Time of Incident(s): 14/12/2022 9:15 PM UTC
Charge(s):
  • Kidnapping of a Government Employee , Illegal Possession of a Firearm
Narrative:
I was looking for my friend when I found William Cemeni by a clothing store that my friend was apparently going to be at we told each other that we were looking for the same person and I offered him to come into my vehicle to go look for him. William Cemeni on his own accord and free will got into my vehicle. We then found my friend and while speaking to him another officer came towards us and spoke to us and William Cemeni told him that he was fine and so the officer left. I then drove us to our place to go pick up some drinks so that we could all go to a nice place and have a good time After I picked up the drinks and started to drive off my property I noticed to police cruisers sitting outside our property so I drove over to them and asked them if there was a problem. They replied there wasn't but for me to stay there so I listened and didn't move from there. More and more police started showing up and they suddenly boxed my vehicle in with theirs and all pulled our heavy armory aiming it towards us. I wanted William Cemeni to be safe as they were all around us aiming heavy armory right at us including him to so I moved my vehicle just a bit to give space on his side so that he could open his door and exit. After he exited I was instantly tazed when I was showing zero aggression. Not once did I ever threaten or give any commands to William Cemeni. I was then searched as well as my vehicle when I had done nothing. I was given both charges when the officer handling my arrest even told me they couldn't get ahold of William Cemeni to get this perspective of the situation.
