Defendant Name: Tanaka Inagawa
Defendant Phone: 406-8585
Defendant Address: Alta Apartments
(( Defendant Discord: iTearsひ#6209 ))
Requested Attorney: Rockford Law
Charging Department: Metro Badge 9280
Date & Time of Incident(s): 15/DEC/2022 07:10
Charge(s):
- Illegal FireArm possession
Narrative:
Was spending my time driving around the city in a white suit, at around 07:00 I was in Sandy area and drove down the highway back into the city where I was pulled over by metro, they said I was going under the speed limit at 90 when I was in fact going at 130-145. They ask me out of the car and I oblige they then ask if I consent to a car search I consented. They then claim I had a .50 in my trunk in a bag of all places. They added the charge and said they saw me brandishing a fire arm at burgershot. But when I was at burger shot I never left the car not to mention this was in a trunk inside of a bag according to police. All false accusations made by law enforcement. Nor is there proof this was my gun, I have a feeling this was planted on me as I had recently been released from DOC earlier the same day.
I,
Tanaka Inagawa, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.
(( I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.
