- Good morning,
  
  To my understanding, in the early hours of this past Saturday morning, a rental Santa and an elf were arrested for engaging in a snowball fight where they were throwing them at another individual. An individual who gave uncoerced consent to them to throw.
  
  Regarding this, I wanted to find out what the city or state's stance was on Mutual Combat Law. Does it exist here in any form?
