by Swat Nixon
Defendant Name: Swat Nixon
Defendant Phone: 216-4573
Defendant Address: Homeless
(( Defendant Discord: Swatowski#7225 ))
Requested Attorney: N/A
Charging Department: Los Santos Police Department
Date & Time of Incident(s): 12/11/2022 05:30 AM
Charge(s):
Narrative:
I was driving through the city when I noticed a police officer was behind me while I was in the tunnel at LSC and had his lights on, so I slowed down at a cruising speed of 85 and instead of pulling over in the tunnel or right outside LSC I just pulled into LSC where there were people and it’s a safe area generally. Once I pulled over the police officer told me to get out of my vehicle with my hands up. I proceeded to do what the officer had told me, he then arrested me for evading a police officer. He then transported me to DOC where I served my time. The officer who accused me of evading and eluding was Joseph Sanchez, the officer who handcuffed me and read me my rights was Sayaka Yukimura as well as Valkyrie Winger being present at the time of the arrest.
I turned my life around 8 months ago for the better, I stopped getting felonies and started looking towards the future. I recently had my first job at the Medical Department and started caring more for my future. I personally do not see how it is plausible that I would evade an officer and pull over just to throw 8 months of trying to make my record more appealing for job opportunities.
I,
Swat Nixon, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.
