My name is Damien Carnage, and I was born in Sri Lanka. My family has 3 family members, including my dad, mom, and me. I went to Lumbini College to complete my education up to high school. After that, I applied to a military school to do a military program. Then I was selected for the military trainee program. After completing that program, I joined the Sri Lankan police as a trainee cadet. I have been working for 2 years and when I resigned, I was a senior officer. I am the supervisor of the bike unit in the Sri Lankan police at our police station. Then I decided to move to Los Santos to continue my career.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I can provide my service for at least 3 hours per day and am planning to provide my service for around 30 hours per week.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
Considering my military training experience and experience in police service in Sri Lanka, I would personally like to continue my career as a law enforcement officer. I don't know the exact reason for that. Maybe it came from my family, because my dad was also a soldier in the Sri Lankan Army. I believe that my experience and ability to work well in teams set me apart from other applicants. Personally, I would like to apply my service experience to the Los Santos Department of Corrections. and get a new experience from LSDOC. I want to make a peaceful city, so there must be correction officers, so I want to become a part of that . I have experience and energy to apply to that, and I can devote my full attention to doing that job, and I can use my past experience to make a peaceful city. I can trust myself because I have the ability to handle pressure in any situation. If I am hired by the department, I know how to provide my service to DOC using my past experience.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I am always in a calm mood. I don't have any problems with stress or pressure. I can handle any kind of situation without any inconvenience.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
I think I have teamwork ability because I have experience working with teams. I can easily adapt to any situation without any inconvenience. During my military training, I got the best runner award at colors night. That comes towards me, and that can be used as an advantage. Being a police officer will help manage situations very well, and the weapon training and military tactics that I learned from my military training can be used to become a better DOC officer, which will also help handle any situation.

Yes, when I was in the Sri Lankan police, I worked as a senior officer. I had a responsibility to train new cadets, and there was a bike unit under my management. I learned all the basic things to provide my service as a police officer.

Yes, I am working as a road worker, and I have worked very well as a team in my past as a police officer, and I completed my military training program.
