In order to maintain transparency and an efficient and effective working relationship with the press and other agencies interested in information, comments, or more from the San Andreas Judicial Branch, the Public Inquiries section may be used to submit requests for information, comments, meetings, or press conferences by members of the press or other agencies.

The general public and other institutions can also submit requests for information should they find themselves wanting more insight on the branch, cases, or policy. The San Andreas Judicial Branch reserves the right to decline requests for any reason, or only disclose requested information partially.

Members of the press, other agencies and the general public may submit inquiries to the San Andreas Judicial Branch's Public Relations Division regarding information, comments, or meetings with a Judicial Official.. They must do so in accordance with the request types and formats listed below.

• Request for Information – This request may be used by the press or other agencies inquiring about information regarding the branch, a specific case, policies, etc.
• Request for Comment – This request may be used by the press or other agencies inquiring to obtain a statement from a specific judicial official regarding a particularly event, case, notice, etc.
• Request for Meeting – This request may be used by the press or other agencies inquiring about arranging a meeting with the Public Relations Division or spokesperson.
• Request for Press Conference – This request may be used by the press or other agencies inquiring about the hosting of a press conference. File on behalf of your agency; list all planned questions under the request information section of the form.
• Public Inquiry – This request type may be used if you are a citizen looking for information regarding the branch, a specific case, policies, etc.

To submit a public inquiry, make a new topic HERE with the following title and format.

TITLE:

Request Type [Agency if applicable]
