Defendant Address: 22 Spanish ave
(( Defendant Discord: iTearsひ#6209 ))
Requested Attorney: Rockford Law

Date & Time of Incident(s): 10/1/2022 10:15PM
Charge(s):
- Illegal firearm, illegal gun modification, Failure to comply
Narrative:
Note I complied with the pullover and gave my license to officer Lucas Draco. Was pulled over according to the officer at 100 miles per hour, right off the bat you can see I wasn't even charged for that. As seen on the body cam of officer's badge # 20965 (Lucas Draco) they kept on insisting me to get out of my car for no good reason and instead of citing me for speeding tazed me and went through my belongings and charged for an illegal fire arm completely separate from this apparent pullover. Officer Badge(Darren Shaw)was also involved in the pullover aswell as another officer badge 23741 name unknown. The police getting me out of the car was completely unjustified.
I,
Tanaka Inagawa, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.
(( I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.

It is worth noting that the Officer spotted the vehicle as a part of a convoy of vehicles and clocked the vehicle at a speed over the speed limit. The Officer then notes that the individual was asked as part of a lawful order to step out of the vehicle multiple times, which the Defendant continued to fail to adhere to this lawful order.
