Why should we accept you for that position?: I believe this position should be accepted because I am still able to do the basic day to day duties of a CO I. This position is just above trainee which is fit for the time I spent working for DOC. While I wouldn’t mind being sent back to trainee I feel as if it would be a waste for both my trainers and myself if I were to repeat the courses I took to ensure I was ready for a CO II position.
Why did your employment with the San Andreas Department of Corrections end? I was at a point in life where I was lost and not sure about what kind of life I wanted. I knew I could not give my all to the job so I decided to quit before it affected my work performance. I went back home to clear my mind and think more about what I wanted and a position at DOC still seems the best for me. I am now willing and able to give my 100% to the job
Have you had any felony charges against you in the time that you were gone? No
What have you done since your resignation or termination? Ever since I quit SADOC I took a vacation back home to my home state of Hawaii. I have not been doing much besides surfing and hiking. It helped clear my mind and refreshed my energy for the SADOC
