Motion for Voluntary Dismissal
San Andreas Judicial Branch
Motion for Voluntary Dismissal
Honorable Justice Daniels,
- We the Prosecution in the case below are requesting a voluntary dismissal from the court, please find the reason for it below.
State of San Andreas v. Jimbo Kimbo
Assigned Court Case Number: 23-CM-0011
Requesting Party: Prosecution
Party Members: Tony McFornell
Voluntary Dismissal:
Detailed explanation:
Given the fact that the appellant provided a wrong agency at the time of submitting this appeal, it was impossible for the correct law enforcement agency to gather statements from those involved in the procedures leading to the defendant's arrest when the appeal was initially presented to the Court. With that in mind, the prosecution believes that without footage or recollection of the events nearing the time where the appeal was first submitted, pursuing this affair would lead to the spending resources in an unfruitful endeavor.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Tony McFornell
Prosecuting Attorney
