Upon contacting the LSPD, it appears that during a revamping process within their documentation system they unfortunately lost all the files pertaining to Mr. Whitock. With that in mind, we would like to request the dismissal of this case.

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Kane Whitlock
#23-CM-0010
A decision was reached in the above case on the 15th day of January, 2023.
The case of #23-CM-0010, State of San Andreas v. Kane Whitlock has hereby been dismissed by this court.
With the State's decision to no longer pursue the charges being disputed, the court is dismissing the case against Mr. Kane Whitlock without prejudice. Should additional evidence be uncovered to prove the defendant's guilt, the State may seek prosecution of Mr. Whitlock for this incident at a later date, however, the charges currently on Mr. Whitlock's record will be expunged and he will be compensated for fines paid and time served.
As the defendant had only disputed the charges of SF02 - Attempted Murder of a Government Employee and WF03 - Possession of Illegal Firearms/Weapons, this dismissal only applies to those two charges. The remaining charge of VF01 - Evading an Officer, which was placed at the same time as the other charges, shall remain intact.
