I am currently working on an article about the LSPD outsourcing their towing services for minor parking violations to LSC and I was wondering, does the Los Santos Sheriff's Department do the same with Bayview? Currently, LSC employees that are properly certified can tow vehicles that are illegally parked, is Bayview allowed the same?
