- Howdy, I was wondering to what length LSC is allowed to tow vehicles that are illegally parked. Are LSC employees allowed to do this of their own volition or are they requested by an officer to go out? What kind of investigation do the LSC employees do to ensure the vehicle wasn't stolen and left there? Lastly, if someone's vehicle is impounded by LSC for being illegally parked, would it be securely impounded or regularly?
