Detailed information of your request:
- I am looking for information in regards to all individuals who have been detained for suspicion to be involved with the terrorist organisation The Blessings, this includes indeviduals detained before the release of Executive Order Number One and after.
  
  I would like to know the following for each individual who was detained:
  Surname.
  Date of detainment.
  Duration detained.
  Reason for suspicion.
  If they were released without arrest or what they were arrested for if not.
  
  I also request to know the total number of detainments.

Herrman Wolff,

Thank you for your patience. The Los Santos Police Department is unable to provide the requested statistics, as no mandate was issued by the San Andreas State Government that required law enforcement to document each detainment that occurred with the details that were requested.

Furthermore, the enacted Writ of Habeas Corpus suspension documented in EXECUTIVE ORDER #1 lasted six hours and, to the knowledge of the Los Santos Police Department, was not renewed in writing by a commissioner, which in turn did not leave ample time for the Police Department to introduce mandatory documentation of such detainments.

Any further information requests pertaining to EXECUTIVE ORDER #1 should be directed to the San Andreas State Government hereafter.
