Traits & Motivations
Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
I'm Stanley Miso, I moved to Los Santos from Europe after some financial and family difficulties led me to come to the land of the free to start a new life and build a new and better life for myself with the hope of one day bringing my family over. While originally working either on the docks fishing or my on and off role as a toll booth operator I found neither of these fulfilling as a career. Following this, I decided to join the SADOC and after hard work to get through training I was over the moon the be part of the team and quickly started building some great connections. Unfortunately, however terrible news came to me from my family back in Europe and while expecting to only be away for a month this quickly turned into a long drawn-out affair. Since arriving back in Los Santos I have resumed my previous role at the toll booth to keep my head above water while I rebuild my career.
8 - 12 Hours per Week, likely higher as I have no other job currently other than small freelance roles.
I believe I would be a outstanding asset to the SADOC due to my perfectly clean background record, varied career history and prior experience at the department of corrections. During which I was hands on in the safe keeping of inmates, processing of inmates and had some hands on experience in relation to riot management during a event that transpired while I was on watch with fellow correctional officers along with always adhering to the requirements placed on me as a CO. While I understand there may be some apprehension due to my relatively short stint at the SADOC I am applying with the fullest intention to be a valued long term member of the team with asperations to grow within the unit if my application is kindly accepted and should I be successful in my endeavors.
I process pressure and stressful situations in a calm and collected manner with the key thought not to allow personal views in the way and affect my professional judgement and instead placing focus on prior training and guidance received. I have been in stressful situations from prior roles throughout my life both in LS and abroad.
I previously worked at the SADOC 2 years ago and passed my training without any concerns, and at the time steadily progressed through and was in a good place to raise through the ranks. This experience I feel makes me an asset to the SADOC as I am aware and respectful of the basic inner workings and overall duties.
