Hello, my name is Nathan, i come from a small village from Germany, my father was a farmer and my mother was a whore, growing up was very harsh, because my father would mostly not be with me, and my mother would mostly be with other man than my father, nothing much to eat eitherway cause no one would make food, dad would make food for his self and mother would eat out, they would both sleep in different rooms and me too, no much interaction through the years as this was the beginning of my villain arc, i started being a rebel in high school, doing bad things, which turned me into a delinquent, i got expelled then i realized that my mental state was not okay so here i am trying my best into a new dream.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
AI plan to spend as much energy as it's needed towards everything in the department, including the inmates and the people i work with.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
Because of my rebel phase, aka my villain arc i was mostly trying to prove worth of how fatherless i was, as people would say this day, fatherless behaviour, so now i am trying to prove myself right that even though without a father i do not need to do bad things and such maybe perhaps do good things, so because of that i know what the inmates could have in their mind, perhaps their childhood was bad, perhaps they were fatherless, motherless, something in their past made them this way, you do not get to be a villain the moment you were born, people make you a villain, with that attitude i will make sure that every inmate goes back to the mind of state which i am in right now.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
i hand them well, because i know how to make myself calm.

I think that because of my past and my actions i know well what is in the mind of the inmates, i could try and reason with them more than the other people, now i am not saying that others did not or maybe have a bad past but because of my current past i think i am just better at what i will do to be honest i think i am a freak of nature when it comes to calming people down, my qualifications would just be that i know what i am doing, i know that i got loyalty, knowledge.
