- 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum.):
- Due to my age, I now lack the physical abilities necessary to serve the citizens of Los Santos by being a police officer. Therefore, if I am to continue to live my purpose of helping others, I need to find a different way to do it. Joining the judicial branch and helping all citizens protect their rights feels like a natural progression for me. Being an ex-cop, I understand the day to day duties of an officer and can use that when evaluating the cases of my clients. One thing that sticks out to me is that court is not necessarily a court of justice, but a court of law. Therefore, if one does not understand the many intricacies of the legal system they will not be able to navigate the complex rule of law that operates within the courts of Los Santos. I believe that my goal as a member of the judicial branch would be to help bridge the gap between justice and law, helping my clients exercise the rights provided to them by the court in an effective manner. This will help insure that their case is not decided by some mundane loophole, but solely by the facts of the case.
- 3.2) Please provide a short biography about yourself that highlights why you should be selected from other candidates. (150 word minimum.):
- I grew up dreaming of being a police officer. Today, I am proud to say that I accomplished my lifelong dream. But as I age, I realize it is time to move on, while still providing for myself and my family. I retired from the police force and now hope to take on a new adventure head on. Becoming a lawyer within the judicial branch seems like a natural progression for my career. Due to my experience with the LSPD. I understand the ins and outs of life at mission row and can use this to effectively represent my clients. Whether my client is an officer being wrongly accused of misconduct, or a citizen being accused of illegal possession, I understand the rules that officers must follow. This can help me when constructing a comprehensive and effective case for my client. I hope to continue to serve this great city for the rest of my life.
- 3.3) What would you say is the most valuable trait that you possess, and how that could benefit the branch? (75 word minimum.):
- My most valuable trait is my ability to effectively craft an argument and present it. Through my time at the University of Los Santos, I took many courses on logic and philosophy. In these courses we were tasked with reading long texts of philosophers crafting complicated theorems. Then, we had to effectively sum up the arguments, simultaneously defending them to other classmates, and recognizing their flaws. This has provided me with valuable experience refining many of the skills necessary to be successful within the judicial branch.
- 3.4) How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the branch in the event you are hired?
- I plan to be very committed to my role here within the judicial branch if hired.

- through my interaction with Aurora James while I was an officer.
