Defendant Name: Tony Solicetto

Defendant Address: 3 Forum Dr.
(( Defendant Discord: )) Dimitri#7980
Requested Attorney: N/A
Charging Department: Los Santos Police Department
Time & Date of Incident(s): 02/AUG/2022 - 4:15PM
Charge(s): - VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle
- GM19 - Face Concealment (b)
- VF01 - Evading an Officer
- GF16 - Tampering with Evidence
- GM16 - Failure to Pay a Fine
Narrative:
I was pulled over early in the morning for unpaid tickets and was requested to step out of my vehicle and put my hands up so I evaded. A few hours down the line there's cops outside my house on Forum I'd only assume looking for me. I kept a real close eye on the vehicles on my street as I was hiding in a bush further down the road. Seeing the same officer go back and fourth and switch out his cruisers to make him a bit more non visible didn't work. I jumped the fence a little to early and he managed to see me so I fled on foot. Being masked up and in a different attire I wouldn't expect such a reaction from an Officer seeing someone simply jump a fence. Now this is where it gets interesting, the Officer had claimed he had witnessed me park my car in my garage but he also kept mentioning that he wasn't on my street for a long period of time which is completely false as I have live CCTV and I was watching him go back and fourth to attempt and find me in my car.
Now the car was all the way up in Paleto so him lying to me to force himself onto my property without a warrant isn't justified. He never saw me go on the property and park something, all he did was seen me jump from a fence into the next yard from the alleyway and started making stuff up claiming he saw me park it. Once he got over the fence he began searching my garage and saw two lowriders, one being a Chino Custom rebuilt from scratch and a Tornado Custom sitting on the lift as I worked on my Chino the night prior. I do believe a cop needs enough probable cause to actually enter my property and not a simple assumption that I parked my car. I requested a Supervisor and he told me "There isn't one so deal with it", something along those lines. I made it quite clear with me requesting his badge number that I was proceeding in court and he kept his tough attitude.
All I got was his badge number: Detective/Offica Labradoodle Junior,
7007.

The Los Santos Police Department's Legal Affairs Unit has completed your request in relation to State of San Andreas v. Tony Solicetto.
Unfortunately, no arrest report was filed in relation to this arrest. As the request for information came so late following the actual incident information gained from our Officers is also limited.
After reading through the defendant’s own recounting of events he admits to a number of the charges (the only charges he does not admit to in his statement are GF16 - Tampering with Evidence, GM16 - Failure to Pay a Fine), his complaint revolves around law enforcement "lying" to him and the grounds of the search being invalid, it should be noted that none of the eventual charges even relate to the search and as such this point should be moot.
Finally, Mr. Solicetto frequently refers to our employees by derogatory terms during official court documents, we are requesting that the prosecution consider requesting Mr. Solicetto be charged with GM22 - Contempt of Court.
Missing Documentation
No arrest report can be found in relation to these charges.
Please acknowledge that you have received the requested evidence/statements, should you need any additional evidence/clarifications just include these in your acknowledgement.
- Kind Regards,
Police Commander Scott Dunbar

Witness Statement
- I'd like to stand by my initial statement.
"Commander Dunbar,
I hope my response to your e-mail finds you well.
Attached you will find my bodycam footage pertaining the incident. (( Will need to use /do's but seeing this incident took place 25 DAYS AGO, I don't remember the exact details, thus do not know if I will be able to provide you with proper / completely true /do's.))
Osasbodycam02AUG22.zip ((Proof of RP ))
As for the arrest report, I believe Police Officer Willow was asked to make the arrest report as she took the suspect to DOC. Which I believe can also be seen in the above bodycam footage. If it wasn't her I do not know who it was. (( Won't know either because it's OVER A MONTH AGO ))
I'd also like to make a complaint about this court proceeding, the "defendant" appealed on the 2nd of August. The court took 23 days to finally give a response and start looking into the case. Seeing this wasn't a "high-impact" arrest or something that sticks with you, I remember only some details on the incident. If this was done within a week I would most likely be able to remember the details vividly. This is in the benefit of the defendant and I think we can both agree that someone shouldn't be "freed" of charges just because the court takes this long to respond."
Witness Affirmation
- I, Olatunji Osas, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion.
