PLEA AGREEMENT


  • Pursuant to the case of State of San Andreas v. Olivia Valentine; Prosecuting Attorney Roderick Marchisio, Public Defense Attorney Shaun Harper, and the defendant, Olivia Valentine, have entered into agreement, the terms of which are as follows;
    1. Current Charges
      1. WF01 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon
      2. GM10 - Failure to Comply / Identify
      3. SF02 - Attempted Murder
    2. Former Charges
      The state shall pursue the current charges listed above, in place of the original charges listed below:
      1. WF01 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon
      2. GM10 - Failure to Comply / Identify
      3. SF02 - Attempted Murder
    3. Waived Charges
      The state shall waive the rights to prosecute the following charges in the underlying situation:
      1. WM01 - Unlawful Brandishing of a Firearm or Weapon
      2. VF04 - Felony Public Endangerment
      3. GF03 - Armed Robbery
      4. GF16 - Tampering with Evidence
      5. GM14 - Obstruction of Justice
    4. General Provisions
      • The defendant agrees to plead guilty to the Current Charges outlined in Section I. The State waives the right to pursue the Former Charges outlined in Section II in regards to this particular incident. Further, The State waives the right to additionally pursue the Waived Charges outlined in Section III in regards to this particular incident unless a fact the state did not know or reasonably could not have been aware of comes to light. The defendant will not be required to pay court fees or associated appeal fees.
    5. Waiver of Rights
      • It is CRITICAL that you read this section of the plea agreement thoroughly. By signing this document, the prosecution agrees to surrender certain rights, notably; the prosecution may not further prosecute charges agreed to within this plea bargain. By signing this document, the defendant agrees to surrender certain rights, notably; the defendant may not further appeal charges agreed to within this plea bargain.

        This agreement may not be terminated at the discretion of an defendant, the defendant's counsel, nor the prosecution; it may only be terminated by the presiding judge under strict guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court of San Andreas.

        By signing this document, the defendant is pleading guilty to the charges outlined in Section I and these charges may not be challenged at a later date.

GM10 - Failure to Comply / Identify
SF02 - Attempted Murder

A verdict was entered in the above case on the 30th day of November, 2022.


  • The case of #22-CM-0062, State of San Andreas v. Olivia Valentine has been resolved.

    A plea agreement signed by all parties has been accepted by the court. As outlined in the full agreement, the prosecution agrees to no longer pursue the additional charges outlined in the prosecution's Motion to Amend Charges in exchange for a guilty plea of the original charges.

    It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
    • On the count of WF01 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon, I find the defendant, Olivia Valentine, guilty.
    • On the count of GM10 - Failure to Comply / Identify, I find the defendant, Olivia Valentine, guilty.
    • On the count of SF02 - Attempted Murder, I find the defendant, Olivia Valentine, guilty.
