VI - Relationship Towards the Bar Association
  1. An attorney shall conscientiously fulfill all his or her obligations towards the Bar Association and shall respect, preserve and increase their reputation and contribute to their increasingly successful work.
  2. An attorney shall attend the Association's meetings if requested, and shall, with his or her active participation, contribute to their successful work.
  3. An attorney shall strive to successfully nurture and develop correct relations among attorneys.
  4. A particularly severe violation of the attorney's duty is:
    1. not to apply the decisions of the Association;
    2. to submit false reports to the Association;
    3. any wrongful written or oral communication with the Association;
    4. not to fulfill, or to fulfill irregularly, any financial obligations towards the Association.
