VI - Relationship Towards the Bar Association
- An attorney shall conscientiously fulfill all his or her obligations towards the Bar Association and shall respect, preserve and increase their reputation and contribute to their increasingly successful work.
- An attorney shall attend the Association's meetings if requested, and shall, with his or her active participation, contribute to their successful work.
- An attorney shall strive to successfully nurture and develop correct relations among attorneys.
- A particularly severe violation of the attorney's duty is:
- not to apply the decisions of the Association;
- to submit false reports to the Association;
- any wrongful written or oral communication with the Association;
- not to fulfill, or to fulfill irregularly, any financial obligations towards the Association.
