  • To whom it may concern,

I, Defense Attorney Cyrus Raven, have reached out to the defendant, Levi Willis, via text and email to see if he is interested in continuing with the appeal. I will update the court as soon as I get an answer.

At this time, I will not be taking this case as primary council until I am able to contact the defendant.

    Respectfully,

  • Parties,

I am Associate Justice Judith Mason and I will be the presiding over this case in my courtroom. At this point in time, I will be assigning this case to docket number #22-CM-0041.

@Levi Willis, I will be requiring that you make contact with the court within 7 days to confirm that you still intend on moving forward with this case.

Should Mr. Willis confirm his intention on moving forward, I would ask that @Hugh Allgood assign a prosecuting attorney to represent the State of San Andreas.

    Respectfully,

  • Superior Court of San Andreas,

As each judge handles these matters differently, should the judge wish to conduct a motions hearing in regard to the Motion for Involuntary Dismissal, I can act to represent the state in this matter, however I wish not to personally take on the case should for whatever reason the motion be dropped.

    Best Wishes,
