Hi, my name is Mason royal and I moved to the city about 2 years back ever since then I've jumped from job to job in small part-time positions until I eventually landed a job at weazel news as a simple advertiser and then switched to writing to move my way up through the ranks all the way up to Lead writer, and then I started my own renting company with a buddy called ROYAL REAGAN RESIDENTIAL RENTINGS and then i eventually moved on from weazel (obviously) and now I'm looking to join SADOC to improve my self and broaden my horizons.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
Above and beyond what is expected of me.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
As i state later in the application i have so much experience with just listening to people from being a writer and i truly believe that that skill can help benefit me within SADOC and help build a connection with the Inmates, I'm also always willing to learn more within the company and i can easily fit into any roles or positions that are required of me. i also try to view the inmates less as prisoners and more as people who have done wrong as i believe when you view them as prisoners it takes away from their humanity and i try to aviod that as much as possible as it can take away from their experience and will make them resentful of SADOC employees and might even make them lash out.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Extremely well, i remain calm at all times.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
Not only do I own a legal Gun permit but I have also been commemorated for my ability to defuse stressful situations meaning if there is ever an issue with a rowdy prisoner I could potentially defuse the situation without anybody getting hurt while working for weazel I managed to become a good listener so I can hear what the prisoners want and respect them for it and help build a real connection with them through just listening to them.
