  • 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum.):
    • I've been born into a family of Attorneys, so it was always expected that I follow in their footsteps. I had no problem with that because I love the law, and was never bored learning it. My father, Richard Winejudge is one of the best lawyers in the United Kingdom at the moment, and the head of a big Law firm. I would've had an easy life, just work at my dad's firm, earn lots of money. But, I hated being called a spoiled brat or ''The Boss's Son''. I wanted a fresh start, where I have to earn people's respect and trust, and that is why I decided to fly to Los Santos. The ''Free City'' as my friends called it. I am seeking employment here, to prove that I can become a good if not better lawyer than my father, and finally get to enjoy practising law, without any privileges, without any favors and without any fake compliments. I plan on making this city safer for everyone, and making sure the law will be upheld, not just on the streets, but everywhere, including in prison as well. Everyone has rights and the law applies to everyone, no matter if you're a billionaire or a homeless man, in the eyes of the law, the scale should be balanced, and not tilted into anyone's favour, just because of their status.
  • 3.2) Please provide a short biography about yourself that highlights why you should be selected from other candidates. (150 word minimum.):
    • My name is Robert William Winejudge, I was born in Nottingham, United Kingdom in '96. I grew up in a family of attorneys, with my father being one of the best, his shadow has been cast over me all my life. But besides that fact, I love my family. I am grateful for the opportunities they have given me, like going to one of the best Universities or going on nice trips. But I wanted to experience some sun, and step out of my father's shadow. So I flew here, with 2 years of legal practice I know the basics, but no one was harsh on me, so I never knew if I did anything correctly. Here I will be able to start fresh and leave all of that behind me. I'm thrilled to have a new chapter of my life ahead of me, and hopefully, I can finally practise law without everyone being way too kind to me.
  • 3.3) What would you say is the most valuable trait that you possess, and how that could benefit the branch? (75 word minimum.):
    • I would say I'm thorough. When I start something, I look over everything for details, something others might have missed, that we can still use. I would also say that studying law has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and I haven't gotten tired yet, and not planning to either, so I will put a lot of effort into this job, that is a promise.
  • 3.4) How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the branch in the event you are hired?
    • As much as I can, even though I will want a social life here, I plan on working 20-30 hours every week. I would rather say that than say 50-60 and not keep it up. 20-30 solid consistent hardworking hours.
  • 3.5) How did you hear about this position?
    • I looked for it if I'm being honest, but my mother told me that she read on a news site called Weasel News that the Government has a very competent Judicial Bureau, with some of the best attorneys.

  • 4.3) Are you a member of any factions? If so, which faction and character.
    • Sebastian Claire -LSPD Cadet
  • 4.4) Have you ever had an admin punishment with this, or any character on Eclipse? If yes, please explain:
    • Yes in 2020 when I started playing, me and a friend wanted to rob a store, but when we started, I got scared and I left the game. I wasn't able to start RAGE for like 3 minutes, eventually, it started and when I came back, I had it on my record. I never appealed it, and I don't want to now after 2 years.
  • 4.6) Do you have any past Police / Medical / Justice Roleplay (Please include character names.)
    • Yes, I have 7 months of Police Experience and 3-4 months of Medical experience of Sebastian Claire.
