by Naomi Mizuno
Defendant Name: Naomi Mizuno
Defendant Phone: 292-1448
Defendant Address: 24 Spanish Ave
(( Defendant Discord: Iriael#7569))
Requested Attorney: Cyrus Raven
Charging Department: Los Santos Police Department
Time & Date of Incident(s): 21/JUN/2022 ~10 PM
Charge(s):
WF03 Possession of Illegal Firearms/Weapons
GM04 Resisting Arrest
GM19 Face Concealment (b)
GM10 Failure to Comply / Identify
GM01 Assault of a Government Employee
Accessory to VF02 Felony Hit & Run of a Government Employee
VF01 Evading an Officer
Narrative:
I, Naomi Mizuno, was unlawfully searched and detained for leaving public property. I drove up to Burgershot on my Vortex, and I had just bought a hotdog from Burgershot, and was leaving BurgerShot. At this time an officer tased me forcefully off my bike. I hit the ground, and expressed I was trying to leave with my mask on, which the officers insisted was failure to comply. At this time I was attempted to be illegally detained and cuffed. In a moment of panic I hit the taser away and ran to a friend's vehicle. I was texted to turn myself in, in which I did so at Weazel News when reading my phone. My bike should have never been searched, and these charges should have never amounted to anything more than a possible GC04 charge for forgetting to take of a mask while ordering food.
Furthermore, I have no idea how I was charged with "Accessory to VF02 Felony Hit & Run of a Government Employee" as nobody was injured let alone killed in this whole incident.
I, [Naomi Mizuno], hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines. (( I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means. ))
