Mr. Bartowski came to the Court House seeking a consultation with an attorney for legal advice. Unfortunately, no BAR-licensed attorneys were on the premises. He said he e-mailed Attorney Macaw, however, Attorney Macaw is currently on a leave of absence. I informed him of that and told him I would have someone call him back as soon as they are available.
