Traits & Motivations
Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
My name is Paul Sawyer(soon to be lawyer) I'm a dedicated worker who never stops trying until my mission is accomplished, I have wanted to be a lawyer since I was a kid and what better way to get experience but working with the people I will one day represent and protect the rights to. I haven't yet begun my studies but this would be a way I could keep myself occupied learning the ins and outs of the DOC, After I have mastered the DOC, I will request transfer hopefully landing a job with LSPD were I will learn while I study for my BAR exam.
I will basically be devoting all of my time to three things, One being sleep, and the other two would be DOC, while studying for BAR while I have downtime.
I will be honest, I'm not sure who the other candidates are but I can assure you, you will not find one who is more driven then me, I will ensure the safety of the inmates while also ensuring the safety of the other DOC employees. I am very hands-on, I can assure you that my time at this institution will improve approval ratings which can be the cause of more funding. I will also give good honest work, and can take on more workload then most people considering I have no family/friends. I dedicate my time to better my self and self development. Not hiring me would be a mistake on the DOC. I will help provide safety by keeping the inmates in and also keeping them safe.
When I apply for a job, I wouldn't consider anything to be stressful. I know what I am signing up for and will consider having to restrain an inmate the same as flipping a burger, It is just work I signed up for and know what I am getting my self into. I will say though, a good way to coach and train people how to handle stressful situations would be to stop and assess the situation, come up with a plan and follow through.
I think that when working any job, we don't really manage items or things, We manage people. People is our business and people is my skill. I plan on developing a good relationship by being FIRM/FAIR/CONSITENT with anything I do. I think that is the best way to develop relationships with an inmate that will assure you have their respect enough to keep you safe, but also get their compliance.
What have you learned and changed about yourself since being charged with a felony (Minimum 100 words)?
I aspire to become a lawyer, This quesiton does not pertain to me, So I hope the word count does not affect me here. I have a clean record, I do not have any felonies or even misdemeanors.

The /me command is something that is used to show an action or visible emotion of a character. Something that if the character is irritated, they can '/me she has an upset look on face' or '/me looks upset'.
/do could apply to things in your environment that you can't see because the animations don't allow for it. So lets say you have an AK on you, when you're around people you could do /do you all would see an AK strapped on my shoulder...
OOC corruption would be taking an inmate out of CCTV range and beating them after they have not complied or did not follow prison politics. It can create a very in depth RP, but It must be approved OOC.
