22-CM-0022- Honorable Chief Justice Colt Daniels

Pursuant to the case of State of San Andreas v. Frank Raven; Prosecuting Attorney Kendall Frances, Senior Prosecuting Attorney Caroline Johnson, and the defendant Frank Raven who is self representing have entered into agreement, the terms of which are as follows;
  1. Current Charges
    1. VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle
    2. GM19 - Face Concealment (b)
    3. GM12 - Giving False Information to a Police Officer
  2. Former Charges
    • The state shall pursue the current charges listed above, in place of the original charges listed below:
      1. GM08 - Vandalism
      2. VF01- Evading an Officer
      3. VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle
      4. GM19 - Face Concealment (b)
      5. GM12 - Giving False Information to a Police Officer
      6. GF16 - Tampering with Evidence
  3. General Provisions
    • The defendant agrees to plead no contest to the Current Charges outlined in Section I. The state will no longer pursue the Former Charges outlined in Section II. The defendant will not be required to pay court fees or associated appeal fees.
  4. Waiver of Rights
    • It is CRITICAL that you read this section of the plea agreement thoroughly. By signing this document, the defendant agrees to surrender certain rights, notably; the defendant may not further appeal charges agreed to within this plea bargain. This agreement may not be terminated at the discretion of an defendant, the defendant's counsel, nor the prosecution; it may only be terminated by the presiding judge under strict guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court of San Andreas. By signing this document, the defendant is pleading no contest to the charges outlined in Section I and these charges may not be challenged at a later date.

A verdict was entered in the above case on the 12th day of August, 2022.

  • The case of 22-CM-0022 - State of San Andreas v. Frank Raven has hereby been resolved.

    Due to a plea agreement signed by the Prosecuting Attorneys, the Defendant, and myself this case has come to a conclusion. As listed the the agreement posted moments ago onto the docket the defendant has plead no contest to 3 of the 6 charges listed against him with the provision that he cannot again challenge these charges at a later date. This case is now closed.
