OFFICER OF THE MONTH
-
-
Each month, one officer is selected by our Police Supervisors to receive this most prestigious award. This award is an overall congratulation for universal commitment, achievement, and excellence throughout the department. An officer who achieves this award is an exemplary member of the department who should be looked up to as an inspiration and role-model.

Police Officer III+1 Ryan Moore joined the Los Santos Police Department on the 28th of August, 2020, after graduating from the Police Academy. Ryan was promoted to Police Officer I on the 10th of October 2020 after completing his Field Training Program. In routine fashion, Officer Moore was promoted a month later to Police Officer II, on the 11th of November of the same year which paved a path for Ryan to become a member of the Metropolitan Division in May of 2021 - being reassigned to the D Platoon as a SWAT Officer. Constantly exceeding expectations and outperforming his peers, Ryan solidified himself as a senior Officer on the 1st of June after being promoted to Police Officer III. Close to a year later, Ryan retained the prestigious rank of Police Officer III+1 for the month of April this year - becoming a Senior SWAT Officer of the Metropolitan Division.
For the month of April, Ryan also put in an immense amount of work, how on a patrol level, that divisionally. Ryan averaged 30-hour weeks for the month of April, and an identical number of 30 pieces of optional paperwork a week. In addition to his spectacular patrol numbers, Ryan takes on tasks in several other divisions including the Field Training Division, Recruitment & Employment Division, and the Air Support Division in which he has distinguished himself as one of the best pilots in the Departments. We congratulate Ryan on an amazing month and hope for many more to come as we come together to congratulate and issue him the Officer of the Month award which signifies and denotes universal commitment and excellence. Officer Ryan Moore will be rewarded with a salary of $8,000.00 for the duration of this month.

FEATURED EMPLOYEE

Police Detective I Suki Kingstone was born in Belgrade, Serbia on the of 2nd April 1989. From a very young age, he was admiring men in uniform and wished to become one himself at some point in time. At the age of 18, he joined the Ministry of Internal Affairs and quickly climbed the ranks - at 22 years of age he was a full member of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit named 'SAJ'. He continued his duties and resumed his efforts for a few more years before he moved to the United States in search of a better life - something new.
After arriving in Los Santos Suki managed his way around the city through freelance jobs before settling down in an apartment in Downton Los Santos. He used to drive postal vans, money trucks, and other low-wage jobs to pay his rent, and after a few months in Los Santos, he set his eyes on joining the Los Santos Police Department to resume his career in law enforcement - he submitted an application and was successfully accepted. He soon passed all stages of recruitment and became a Police Cadet in the Los Santos Police Department after completing Academy #189 on the 12th of March 2021 - passing the Field Training Program routinely.
- After being promoted to Police Officer I he continued his career as a Patrol Officer in the Mission Row Patrol Division before applying and being reassigned to the Vinewood Traffic Division as a Traffic Officer. Officer Kingstone remained in the Traffic Division until his promotion to Police Officer II when he was reassigned after applying for the Gang Field Unit. Suki, over time, gained a lot of experience in the Gang Unit and continued to rise above his peers into an exceptional Gang Officer. He fully committed himself to the mission of the Gang Field Unit and gave his absolute best in suppressing, and subverting gang operations in Los Santos and wider.
-
Police Detective I Suki Kingstone wrote: Joining a gang is like skydiving without a parachute. At first, it’s all fun, as you take on gravity in a thrilling and exhilarating free fall towards the earth.
The truth is anything that is risky and dangerous always starts out as fun. But the odds are always stacked in gravity’s favor, for you will eventually come face to face with the earth, and mother earth always wins those battles. The same thing can be said about being in a gang.

Soon after reaching the rank of Police Officer III, Suki showed interest in becoming a Police Detective as that was the path that interested him the most. Now Detective, then Officer Kingstone submitted his application for the Detective Bureau, to become a Detective Trainee which was accepted - making him a Detective-in-Training. He promptly completed his training with flying colors, otherwise breezing through the Detective Training Program - allowing a swift promotion to Police Detective I.
- Ever since becoming a Detective Suki showed interest in returning to his home division, the Gang and Narcotics Division. He made a name for himself as a Vice Detective in the Vice Unit - dedicated to stopping prostitution and gun trafficking among other things. After a few months, Suki transferred back to the Gang and Narcotics Division as a Gang Detective taking on a new challenge many do not. Suki is currently assigned to suppressing gang operations on a patrol level, as well as extensively investigating gang operations through all branches of the Department with the help of state-of-the-art investigative methods. We would like to thank Detective Kingstone for allowing us to feature him and wish him a more successful career.
