Investigation requests can be submitted for multiple reasons, such as:
In situations where an officer of the DOC has done something wrong, please make use of our "Commendations & Complaints" section instead so the Internal Affairs group can take care of the situation.
Once you have submitted the request, an investigator from CID will review the case and come to the conclusion of the case. After the officer reached the conclusion of the case, you will receive an email with the conclusion of the case. May the case get to a point where there appears to be an internal issue (such as an officer breaching policy), the investigator will relay the case to the Internal Affairs group.
