We, Party A and Party B, hereby petition the court for a summary dissolution of marriage and declare the following conditions exist on the date this petition is filed with the court:

I. MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
- This contract between Party A and Party B entitled MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT outlines any and all issues related to the division of assets, having the terms within said contract set to be executed upon the court's order to dissolve our marriage.
- Less than five years have passed between the date of our marriage and the date this petition is filed.
- Neither spouse will ever request spousal support or alimony from the other.
- Excluding obligations with respect to cars, we do not jointly owe more than $10,000 in debt. Additionally, all assets and properties that are currently in Party A's possession will remain the property of Party A, and all assets and properties that are currently in Party B's possession will remain the property of Party B. Parties agree to give up any claims of ownership to assets and properties that are not currently in their possession.
- There are no minor children who were born or adopted during our marriage and neither one of us, to our knowledge, is pregnant.
- We hereby waive any and all rights to appeal any decision made by the court stemming from this petition.
- Both parties willingly agree to dissolve the marriage and follow the terms listed within the previously established marital settlement agreement.
