GM-08 Amended on the San Andreas Penal CodeGM08 - Vandalism (MISDEMEANOR CITATION) - OLD
GM08 - Vandalism - NEWDamaging, destroying or defacing another person's property.
JAIL TIME: 15, CITATION: $1000.
Effective immediately.Every person who maliciously commits any of the following acts with respect to any real or personal property not his or her own is guilty of vandalism:
(1) Defaces with graffiti or other inscribed material.
(2) Damages.
(3) Destroys.
(4) Damages/Destroys with intent to commit further crime.
If the amount of defacement, damage, or destruction is less than $2,000 and there was no intent to commit a further crime, a citation of $1000 should be issued with no further jail time.
