My name is Lukas Hatake. I am almost 25 years old and have lived in Los Santos for a few months now. I grew up in a small town in Delaware, United States. I grew up around my dad who was a mechanic. He owned a very small shop that myself and my sister worked in. I learned the ins and outs of how to work on cars while working with my dad. As much as I love cars, my real passion is rehabilitating the citizens of Los Santos.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
At least 5 hours per week.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I would like to work for the Department of Corrections because I believe rehabilitation of this city’s criminals should be a priority. Since moving here I have found there is a lot of criminal activity. The first interaction I had with someone was them offering to pay me for marijuana plants if I was willing to farm them. This put a sour taste in my mouth and I believe that the DOC is the best place to help these people.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I honestly do well under pressure. Working on cars growing up really helped me with that because I had to have patience. Things had to be done in a timely manner and they had to be done correctly. One wrong move could ruin the car or blow it up.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
I currently don’t have any special qualifications for this position. I have never worked in the corrections system before. With that being said I am dedicated, hard working and disciplined.
