    From the 1st of January 2023 the Licensing Bureau will be adjusting the prices of various licenses. You can find the complete list in our Press Release. Your monthly costs have been recalculated as you hold some of the affected licenses.

    From the 1st of January 2023, your new monthly licensing fee will be: $205,000

@Matthew Burns Not only is the Marine Fuel Retailer license unbelievably priced, but in the several months I’ve owned it, it hasn’t even made a gross income higher than the price increase of $30,000, let alone the full license cost itself.

Even with no license cost at $20 per liter it makes no money. It’s solely to provide people with a necessary service. This is a completely unnecessary and unwarranted change that needs to be fixed for a business that already operates at a tremendous loss.

    In October, the licensing bureau sent e-mails to all business owners requesting information for those willing to share. Unfortunately, a response was never received from you or most business owners, so the initial revision was scrapped, and a new revision was started using generalised and assumed data.

    The Marine Fuel Station was identified as having little to no operating expenses outside its licensing costs as it has a direct line to the fuel depot and doesn't require refuelling. Hence, there are no delivery or restocking fees; just paying the license each month.

    These prices were reviewed and approved by the Governors before release. There's been no concern raised in the past week since the announcement.

    All that being said. If you are able to provide proof of earnings with regards to the business, the licensing costs are always something we can review and adjust as necessary

@Matthew Burns Contact me so we can meet up to see my treasury logs since purchasing the business. It hasn't made enough money to pay one month of this new license fee, let alone the several months prior at the already overblown $10,000 license cost.

    After looking at the data provided and discussing the matter with the Governors, we have decided to reverse the fee increase back to its original value, setting the Marine Fuel Retailer license back to $10,000.

    As such, your new monthly renewal figure is $195,000
